I really like the flat located at the best area in the great city! My lovely host, Guillaume was charming and helped me lots of questions when I stayed in Paris.
Guillaume was a fantastic host from beginning to end. The house was immaculate when my partner and I arrived, and we were warmly received. The house itself was wonderful, and exactly as the pictures display it. The area was beautiful and exactly what we wanted from our stay - quiet and picturesque yet close enough to the metro to make getting into central Paris a breeze. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, as well as use it again should I find myself there again.
Our only gripes were that the pillows on the bed weren't very good (we ended up using ones from the sofa), and that the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable to use as a sofa (as there was only two of us, we didn't need to use it as a bed).
amazing location and great space. i would recommend Guillaume as a host without hesitation. communication with him was easy and his Paris apartment was clean and spacious.
Guillaume and Anne received us in person, they are kind and helpful. They prepared a sejour pack of info, with guides, chocolates and other things we could need!
The apartment is very charming and pretty well designed. It was really clean. We felt like home. It is a small apartment (like many parisian apts), which demands a little organization with luggage. Shower is great! We just felt wine glasses were missing, that's all. The view from the window is lovely, the neighborhood is really charming, lots of restaurantes, cafés, cheese store, boulangeries, etc. Very easy to get around and also safe. We were there when Charlie Hebdo was attacked, and still we felt safe strolling around!
Definitely recommend to a couple that wants to explore a romantic piece of old Paris, Le Marais. Thank you Guillaume once again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat. The friendly host, Guillaume was there to meet us. The flat was spotless, and very tidy. The pictures are 100% accurate and we would highly recommend this flat to anyone. It is a short walk to the nearest metro, and a nice neighbourhood to stroll towards the sights, with plenty of shops and bistros around.
Guillaume was an amazing host and very responsive and friendly. He was accommodating when I had to check in the early afternoon and when I needed extra linens. He left me a box of very delicious Lindt chocolates to welcome me for the stay.
I decided to stay an extra few nights in Paris and he was more than willing to help me find an alternative place to stay as his place was already booked for the extra nights that I wanted to stay at. He invited me to his New Years Eve party and I got to experience a true Parisian New Years.
The apartment is centrally located in Le Marais and everyday you could open the window and spot trendy Parisians walking around. Close to different metro stops and steps away from shops and good food.
Guillaume is kind and warm hearted. I am so happy to have met him and his friends and family. Looking forward to returning to Paris and staying at his place again. A bientot Guillaume =)
From when we first arrived and Guillame gave us a box of beautiful French chocolates to when we left we throughly enjoyed the apartment. The postion was incredible in the heart of the Marais near 3 different metro stations. The actual apartment is very cosy, well heated and has everything you need. The bathroom is small but the shower was great and we used the washing machine too. Just be prepared to climb some steep steps to get to second floor. Excellent value for money
I'm 32 years old, I live in Paris city center for 10 years (since I left my parent's home for studies).
I like to travel, cinema, countryside and friends of course !
It's a great experience to meet people from all around the world who book my flat and a good exercice to practice English.
See you soon !
