This apartment worked out perfectly. The location is ideal and it provided us with everything we needed to really enjoy our time in Rome.
Marco was great! He was flexible to our arrival time. The place is right near the pantheon and literally a 10 min walk to all main areas in Rome. It was clean and had a nice set up for our week stay. They have great WIFI which is a big deal in Italy in general. In general this place was the nicest during our Italy vacation and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there
Airy though somewhat dark space in a pleasant building, extremely well located. Marco arranged a taxi for us at the airport, Andrus associate met us at the apartment. Bedroom is large, bathroom fine, kitchen very rudimentary. Only significant criticism is that it could use more towels, but US and Italian standard probably differ.
Highly Highly Highly recommended!!!! I can only thank Marcos for his apt, my trip to Rome wouldn't have as amazing as it was without his place! It's simply located at the BEST location in Rome, with everything you need at a walking distance! You are literally 3 minutes away from the Pantheon and 10 minutes from the Colosseum, not mention that the apt is great, spacious and very clean! Marcos and Hasan made everything easy and helped me a lot by being flexible with check-in and check-out time.
Communication was excellent and always quick! I'm very happy I stayed there and I'd certainly recommend this place to anybody going to Rome!
We arrived in beautiful Rome and were greeted by our very helpful host. Check in was a breeze and our apartment was everything and more. The location was amazing. There is also an amazing family owned Italian wine bar attached to the building. Highly recommend it.
Re: Gesu Pigna.
The apartment is exactly as described. Spotless upon arrival and conveniently located to most major attractions. Plenty of hot water for showers. Internet worked just fine. The cot was a little uncomfortable but it didn't take away from the overall experience. Marco responded to all my inquiries quickly and even helped arrange a ride from the apartment to the airport. His associate, Hassan, was also a big help and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Marco again.
Nice place to say, very central, very close to pretty much everything. Marco was a helpful guy, we had some problems with the hot water so he organized for somebody to come and check the water heater which worked fine afterwards.
The bed would be the only thing I would see as a shortcoming. The mattress doesn't have any springs which I found hard to sleep on. It's more like a thicker version of the type of mattress you would get on a futon.
I would still give this place a thumbs up.
The reservation was canceled 8 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Our stay in Gesu Pigna was great, and Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. He was able to accommodate us when we had to change our arrival time in the day.
The location was also fantastic, we were steps from the Pantheon and were able to walk to almost all the sites we wanted to go to. Despite this the street was fairly quiet and the apartment was also quiet so we had no trouble getting some sleep!
We will definitely consider coming back to stay at the same apartment the next time we are in Rome!
