TK studio is a project of a local Costa Rican family. It is located 150m from the best surf spot, with clear waters and the biggest waves in town. Surrounded by good restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The studio has an equipped kitchen, private bathroom and work area with 100MB fiber optic. Parking is available. Pets are welcome.

The space
TK Studio is a family project run by a local family.

The room is studio type, with its own kitchen and private bathroom. It's ideal for surfers and remote workers. It has a desk and executive chair with 100MB fiber optic internet. The place is quiet and at the entrance it has its outdoor shower and private parking.

It is located less than a 5-minute walk from the best surf spot in town, locally called La Lora, with the biggest waves in town. Walking you find a supermarket, many restaurants and nightlife.

Parking is private. You don't need a 4x4 car. Walking you can access the beach, restaurants, cafeteria and supermarket
