A very friendly cat and I look forward to welcoming you in our home.
- You rent a really nice room with a great shared balcony, not the entire flat, and you are welcome to use the kitchen
- Remember you are a guest in a private home - act in the respectful manner that you would expect guests to do in your own home.
- Do not bring other people into the house unless pre-arranged with the host.
- Please keep the room tidy to a respectable level.
- Enjoy your drink, but no noisy partying in the room or at the balcony.
- No smoking in the room or the rest of the flat - outside at the balcony feel free.
- Clean up the kitchen and load the dishwasher when/if you have used it
- As we share, please remember to clean up the bathroom after yourself
- Tell me if you accidentally break something.
- If you loose the key you will be charged 100 dollars. Sorry, but its a special made master-key.
- Mutual respect for tenant's and host's privacy.
- The host happily helps making your stay in Copenhagen a positive experience.
- You are welcome to use my bike, if you want to explore the city that way
- It's easy to experience Danish “hygge” at this place.
- Enjoy your stay.
We stayed at Sus for 12 nights and we really enjoyed it! Sus is a very friendly and caring host. Our room was perfect, the location was close to a lot of restaurants and a beautiful park. Next to that we really liked the company of the cat:) We would really recommend the place for everyone who visits Copenhagen.
Sus was the perfect host, she was very helpful, friendly, easy-going and generous in everything!
And the room/appartment is exactly like in the pictures: nice and clean! A perfect location to relax as well as to get around in CPG. The balcony is sunny and with a wonderful view - great to have dinner and to read a book after a long walking/cycling day in and around CPG. Supermarkets, great bakerys, good restaurants, metro - everything in walking distance! I would absolutely recommend to stary with Sus in CPG!
We stayed 3 nights with Sus in her lovely apartment .She was such a generous host and such a lovely person too! She made our stay in Copenhagen a real pleasure with her welcome advice and hospitality. The perfect place from which to explore CPH.This was our first airbnb experience and now I would recommend it to anyone.
Staying with Sus was an amazing experience! She is an extremely sweet, helpful, thoughtful, in short, a wonderful hostess. The house is absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax, the room was great and had everything we needed, even down to the a kettle!! We had a wonderful time getting to know Sus and Copenhagen. And little Missy was such a joy to have around!!
When we first arrived, Sus showed us all the handles of the house right away and has always been willing to help whenever we needed it. She even reserved laundry time for us!! The parking in the back is great for people who are renting bikes, they get stolen all the time in Copenhagen, but Sus's place provides good privacy and security and we had no problems at all in the time we stayed at her place.
Fredericksberg is extremely close to the city center, literally 10 mins away. And there is plenty to explore there as well including the Fredericksberg Have, Copenhagen Zoo, and plenty of shopping and little cafes to relax at.
I'm sure you will have a wonderful time in Copenhagen no matter what, but it will be amplified if you decide to stay at Sus's!! :) We were so lucky to have Sus as our hostess and we're so thankful for her help in our time in Copenhagen!! :)
During my stay in Copenhagen i had the real pleasure and luck of staying over in Sus apartment.
Sus is a lovely sweet person and a great hostess.
She made sure i had everything in hand and made me feel as comfortable as in my own home from the first instance.
Her place radiates the same warmth and beauty and its owner. Is very well situated close to the metro station of Forum and has an excellent bus network situated in the surrounding streets. Its less than 10 min from the centre which makes it very comfortable for tourists.
If you decide to leave with Sus you will definitely leave from Copenhagen with a nice memory.
Staying with Sus was a great! The nice balcony facing towards a beautiful park was perfect for enjoying breakfast, comfy bed made us sleep like babies and the fully equipped house made us feel like home.
As a host Sus was more that we could ask for. She helped us with any problems we had and really made us feel welcome.
I warmly recommend her to anyone who wishes to make most of their stay in Copenhagen.
And for cat lovers, Sus's cat Missy is definitely a cherry on top!
