This is an updated 3 bed 2 bath Alexander home in the highly sought after Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. This is one of the famous "Butterfly" homes made famous in the 1960's by renowned architect William Krisel.

The exterior has an amazing mountain view and everything you'll need to have a lovely vacation outside in the beautiful desert sun including a large pool, hot tub, firepit, plenty of outdoor seating, dining table and a gas grill with bar seating.

The space
No detail has been overlooked. Living space is open with a ton of glass overlooking the pool so no one has to feel left out of the gathering when fixing a snack or getting a beverage in the kitchen. However, I promise you, you'll want to be outside in this lovely yard with plenty of seating options.

Living room and each bedroom have a large flat screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix loaded onto them. All new furniture and comfy beds.

Guest bath has a walk-in shower. Master bath has a sunken tub/shower combo.

Property is gated with keyless locks.

Two car garage that guests are welcome to use.

Pool and hot tub heat is optional and an additional $95 per day, subject to change. No parties or events allowed per city of Palm Springs regulations.

Coffee maker in the kitchen uses the K-Cups and there is also a drip coffee maker.

This house will accept a pet (dogs only) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Other things to note
There are video cameras for security, pointed at the front driveway, front gates and pool equipment. No cameras are pointing to any private area or to the pool and spa.

Please note that the City of Palm Springs has a very strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals and a zero-tolerance policy for any type of amplified music played outdoors or played indoors that can be heard outdoors. This regulation applies to every short-term rental property within the city of Palm Springs.

If there is a complaint to the city by a neighbor and a compliance officer is dispatched to the home, the contracted renter will receive a $500 citation from the City of Palm Springs. This would also result in the renters being evicted with no refund.

Pool and hot tub heat is optional and an additional $95 per day. Spa only can be heated for $45 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.
