Sunshine Stays has an amazing quiet, relaxing, full of sun and tropical back yard like no other. Here you can relax under the sun or enjoy the beauty and beachie breeze of the night. You can also BBQ or enjoy the fire pit.

Other things to note
*** We have Golf Carts for rent, they are not included in the listing. - Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. The cost is $455 for 3 days and each additional day is $89 per day. There is also a $750 refundable security deposit collected at time of rental. Price includes Pick-up and Delivery fee, home electricity to charge the cart plus wash down.

*** We kindly ask that when using the pool or hot tub 1) no eating or drinking in the water. Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool and/or tub

This home is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to the beach, shops, restaurants and even nightlife. We are perfectly located close to everything. Most importantly we have direct access to the beach and and are only a few steps from the sand. We are also 1.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, .75 miles from Galleria mall, 1 mile from Target, .75 miles from a Publix grocery store (2 in the vicinity - one in the Target shopping center and another across from Galleria Mall), .75 miles from Starbucks, gas stations and other restaurants, fast foods, shops or needs. We are also next to Hugh Birch State Park. Hugh Birch Park is famously known for hiking, its tropical life and canoeing.
