I am renting my beautiful small apartment in Rome's historic center, just a pleasant 5 minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica.
Absolutely central, perfectly connected to buses and underground.
Top floor (fourth floor without an elevator -- we provide help with the luggage) very light and sunny. On pedestrian only street, in a wonderful neighborhood.
Fantastic communal roof terrace overlooking St Peter’s Basilica.
You'll be able to recognize my street in the upcoming Bond movie! :)
Très bel appartement, calme et agréable
Idéalement situé à proximité du Vatican
Accueil très chaleureux
Our stay at Barbara's lovely apartment was everything we hoped for. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need during a holiday. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. We felt right at home. Stefano, Barbara's brother-in-law who welcomed us, added to that with his kind manners and great sense of humour. He was also kind enough to provide us with various maps and restaurant tips in the area. There's also a nice take away/eat in-place right opposite the building which serves really tasty paninis (FaFaMi).
Barbara was really helpful with everything throughout our stay and kept in touch with us frequently via email.
The apartment is conveniently located, it only takes you 5 minutes at tops to get to the St. Peter's Square/Vatican. We're definitely planning on coming back to beautiful Rome and would love to stay at Barbara's apartment again! Grazie mille Barbara!
If you search a central flat in Rome, then chose this offer!
Everything was exactly as described and Barbara/ her brother-in-law Stefano are great hosts and presented us the great Italian hospitality. We loved the amazing roof terrace!
Looking better than photo... I did love my stay, super location. I could have stay in this apartment for a month. :)
I could say that they provide us... Feel home experience.
I love Airbnb for that feeling... Feeling home.... This time was more that ever.... Had coffee and milk waiting for me... Bananas... Juice... Water... everything to be happy.... Thank to Barbara & his friend. Will be back...
We stayed a very happy 6 days at Barbara's lovely apartment... the whole apartment was just great but most of all, we loved the rooftop for an evening glass of prosecco as the sun went down behind St Peter's dome. Wonderful.
Barbara was also so helpful in advance, even booking us a taxi from the airport to the apartment – and she was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Once we arrived, Stefano gave us a warm welcome and showed us how to use the essentials. We were impressed by how friendly and nice the whole experience was – and would highly recommend Barbara's apartment to others.
This is probably the closest it can get to be welcomed like you're family. Barbara has a wonderful apartment perfectly located near the Vatican. We requested that she arrange a car from the airport to the apartment and managed to get a very reasonable price for it. Her brother in law Stefano greeted us with a big smile and took plenty of time to explain everything we needed to know about the neighbourhood. Since we arrived on sunday and almost everything was closed, he even made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant. We were also stunned that the fridge had everything we needed to cook breakfast, including fresh fruits, eggs, juice and prosecco, mind you!.The apartment itself is very clean, and even though you can hear the street activity during daytime, at night it gets really quiet and you'll be able to sleep like a baby. The wifi works well and is fast, and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook. There is a nice grocery store nearby if you need anything. The view from the upstairs terrasse is just spectacular. Do not hesitate to rent this lovely apartment, with Barbara and Stefano, you are in good hands! Barbara makes sure you have everything you need and answers her emails and texts messages really fast. Grazie mille Barbara and Stefano, spero di tornare presto!
