Beautiful home in Grove City just south of Columbus. Features include rec room in garage with ping pong and table shuffle board, 2 full bathrooms, a 4 season room and back yard. Park, playground and pickleball courts right across the street!I It is just a short drive from downtown Columbus and the many amenities it has to offer. 10 miles to Downtown Columbus, The Ohio State University and Greater Columbus Convention Center

Our home is located in a family friendly neighborhood. It is across the street from Windsor Park. This park has two wonderful playgrounds for the kids, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields and is home to the Buddy Ball field. The property is close to downtown Grove City, founded in 1852 - the downtown has old town charm. Yet, Grove City is now the second largest suburb of Columbus and one of the fastest growing cities in central Ohio. Come see why people love our city!
