Our classic country house is conveniently located minutes from Hudson, yet totally secluded in the countryside. This iconic double-stair farmhouse has everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway. Up a long drive, situated on 8.5 acres, with a pool, hot tub, mowed paths to blackberry bushes, fruit trees, screened porch, and fire pit, you never have to leave. Yet plenty of shops, skiing and hiking nearby.
4 BR and 2.5 BA large enough for friends and families to gather and spread out comfortably.

The space
DOWNSTAIRS
The downstairs is an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area that seats six. The cozy living room is expansive with a wood burning stove. Plus a half bath and an office/laundry room that connects to the screened in porch. There is a deck off of the kitchen and BBQ for outdoor dining.

UPSTAIRS
The backstairs takes you directly to the upstairs full bathroom as well as 2 of the four bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have their own private entrances, yet the 3 guest bedrooms connect for access to the second set of stairs.
The front staircase takes you to the fourth bedroom—the large primary bedroom (which doesn't connect to the other 3 bedrooms), plus the second full bathroom, with a claw foot tub (w/ a hand shower for rinsing), and down the hall to the third guest bedroom.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house and property. Including the seasonal pool, hot tub, mowed paths, fire pit, fruit trees, berry patches and backwoods.

Other things to note
Although our 1800s farmhouse has been updated with comfort in mind, old homes have their quirks and creaks but that is why we love it!

Pool is heated and available seasonally: from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

We installed a brand new water heater, pressure tank, and well pump 01/2022 so there is great water pressure and temperature.
