This modern, fully renovated retreat is just 10 minutes to the IX Center, 8 minutes to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, and only 20 minutes to Downtown Cleveland and major stadiums like the Browns and Guardians. The space
Welcome to your spacious, family-friendly retreat in a safe, peaceful Westlake neighborhood. This roomy 4-level home gives everyone space to spread out, relax, and enjoy their stay. With an open floor plan, three fireplaces, whirlpool tub, fire pit, deck with outdoor seating, and a gourmet kitchen, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. (Outdoor furniture and gas fire table are weather dependent.)
MAIN LEVEL
The main level features an open layout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen—double oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Guests love the huge island, bar-top seating, and the large dining area with sectional seating and an oversized table for 10+. Skylights and large windows fill the space with natural light.
UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite includes a relaxing jet tub, and the third bedroom offers a convenient work area with a printer for business travelers. Two pack and players are also available on this level for our infant guest.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level includes a pool table, dart board, and the 4th bedroom, ideal for a small family with a Queen and Full bed. This level also has a half bath and a fully equipped laundry room with twin LG wash towers with automatic soap, dispensers.
BASEMENT LEVEL
Head to the basement for Giant Connect Four, chess, checkers, board games, and a futon for extra sleeping space. You’ll also find free weights, a yoga mat, and fitness equipment for quick workouts.
This home is designed for comfort, families, and longer stays—plenty of space, multiple lounges, and lots to do for all ages. We happily welcome relaxed, family-focused stays, and kindly ask that guests respect our friendly no-gatherings, no-party policy.
Guest access
Guests have access to nearly the entire home, including all four levels, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living areas, entertainment spaces, laundry room, and outdoor areas. The garage and a few clearly marked closets are reserved for owner storage.
For long-term stays of one month or more, garage access can be arranged upon request.
Where a bedroom does not have a closet, we provide clothing racks with hangers for your convenience.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our schedule. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance if you need early arrival. We clean the home the day of arrival to ensure everything is fresh, and there may be departing guests the same day. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

To ensure the best guest experience and cleaning turnaround, the following minimum stays apply:
• Weekends: 3-night minimum
• Holiday weekends: 4-night minimum
• Thanksgiving & Christmas: 5-night minimum

🐾 Pet Policy
We warmly welcome house-trained, non-shedding dogs under 40 lbs and small caged pets.
Please note:
• Cats are not allowed due to allergies.
• Dogs must be kept off furniture.
• Pets must be crated when left alone in the home.
• Guests must clean up after pets; a $100 minimum fee applies if waste isn’t removed.
• Pets must be leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
• Pet fee: $100 per stay

We appreciate local interest, but we do not host events or affairs for local residents. This property is intended for travelers seeking lodging, not a venue for local gatherings.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations if the intent is to hold an event.
