Rental is an open floor plan that includes living room area, queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen, private work nook with desk, and private full-size bathroom. This space also includes a wine icebox, Alexa availability, screened in porch with plenty of seating area, gorgeous river and pool views. Need more room? Rent the upstairs and downstairs apartments together and enjoy with family and friends!

Guests have access to private fenced in private pool for use during your stay, property also has large docks along the river for fishing and wildlife viewing while you relax at the end of the day. Rental has screened in patio area with plenty of seating and a fire pit.
