Great central location (seriously you can walk everywhere). Cute and clean apartment that makes you feel as though you're a local! Patricia and her husband were very lovely, check in was smooth. Only gripe is the water is a bit weak for showering and the wifi is a bit slow, but otherwise good stay! Thanks!
Patricia and her husband were very nice. I spent very little time in the flat and it was exactly what I needed. The location is perfect, which is always the most important part to me! If you are OK with sharing a small flat with strangers, then this place is highly recommended -- clean, safe, and comfortable with perfect location.
I had a wonder stay with Patricia! She and her husband were very welcoming and polite. I was given great recommendations for sights, food, and drinks. And very useful tips for getting around town and avoiding typical tourist mistakes! The room was very comfortable, I slept very well every night, despite being in the center of town it was very quiet at night. The location of the apartment is perfect. I was able to walk to most of the attractions I was interested in (although it would also very easy to also catch public transportation from there as well). I could only be so lucky to find a host as good as Patricia in every city I visit!!
Patricia was very communicative and she sent fabulous directions on how to get to her place. We loved the location and everything in Rome was within a 15 minute walk. She was very responsive to emails and I knew if we had any problems I would have no problems getting in touch with her. The room was exactly as pictured (including the unique art) and there was a closet to hang up clothes. Patricia also provides a list of her favorite places which is nice to get away from some of the more touristy areas. Patricia also answered a lot of the questions I had (Q. Where should we get our laundry done? A. Go to this place and for 9 euro they will wash/dry/and fold your clothes, etc.) She also provided a tea pot which we enjoyed using in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Rome area.
