The Tiny Home Cabin offers an inviting year-round getaway surrounded by forest a short walk away. With space for up to four guests, it features a double bed, futon, two loft beds, kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plate), potable water; dispenser, TV with DVDs; games, a private compost-toilet outhouse, and a private outdoor fire pit, picnic area. Located steps from the playground and main lodge, it gives both family-friendly access and privacy. Service animals permitted.

The space
Welcome to our charming one-room tiny home cabin, a bright and cozy retreat filled with natural light. Located along our main driveway near the heart of the property, this cabin offers easy access to the playground area and is a short walk from our main home lodge, our in home market, and additional amenities. Perfect for families or couples who enjoy a blend of privacy and connection to community life on the homestead.

Inside, you’ll find:

Comfortable Double Bed with a new mattress, fresh linens, 4 pillows and extra blankets for cooler nights.

Living Space with a futon couch, coffee table, 50” TV, and DVD player (choose from 400+ movies at the main house).

Kitchenette with an induction plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee press, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and condiments for simple meals.

We provide a Room Heater and fan to keep you cozy year-round.

Step outside to enjoy:

A covered front porch with a table, chairs, and BBQ. Dont forget to bring your own propane or rent ours for $30 per 20 lb tank

Your own private yard space with a fire pit, hammock, swing, picnic table, and lawn chairs.

Access to our outdoor hot-water on-demand forest shower, a guest favourite for a refreshing and nature-connected experience.

🌱 Good to Know:

The cabin is situated near the main lodge and community areas, so you may hear the joyful sounds of children playing or guests enjoying the land.

There is no running water in the cabin, but we provide a large container of fresh well water.

In winter months, guests are welcome to use the shower at the main lodge.

This space is ideal for those who love a cozy, welcoming stay with the added vibrance of a living homestead community.

Guest access
Please go to the main house to check in. We welcome all our guests upon arrival and highlight key features of the property to ensure you feel at home. You'll have full access to your private cabin and a nearby outdoor compost toilet. Throughout your stay, there is typically someone available to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Feel free to stop by the main lodge to explore our in-home marketplace, where we offer hand-crafted aromatherapy products, teas and pottery for sale.

Additionally, we provide a range of wellness services, including professional relaxation and deep tissue massages, availble by appointment. We also offer a delightful breakfast delivered to the cabin for $26. Please inquire for a detailed list of services and menu options. To enjoy these services, simply let us know the day before.

For those who enjoy a cozy fire, we sell firewood for $18 per tote, and we deliver it directly to your site.

We invite you to explore our forest trails and say hello to the animals during your stay—our land is meant to be enjoyed!

We have two friendly, free-roaming farm dogs on the property. They love people, may follow you around, and are known to mooch a snack if given the chance!

Our Llama Bowdy lives behind the cabin and loves carrots, lettuce and apples.

The cabin is located just off our main driveway and next to the playground—perfect for families.

There is hiking trails right on the land, plus nearby options like Mount Butte, Pigeon Lake Provincial Park, and Battle Lake Campground (check the AllTrails app for route info).

In summer, enjoy beaches, nature walks, paddle boarding, and local distilleries/breweries. Winter brings opportunities for skating, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and sleigh rides close by.

Neighborhood highlights

Located deep in the forest at the end of a dead end road. Little traffic noise. There are only 3 neighbours on our road who are located far away from the property. Our area is so peaceful and quiet. There is no light pollution so you can see the stars.
