The flat has a wonderful location: 5-10minutes walk from Notre-Dame and Louvre, in the heart of Odeon just in front of the house where Pablo Picasso painted Guernica, the old building dates back from the XVIIth century!
Many of my guests took the walk to the Eifeel tower, crossing Louvre, Invalides and many other wonderful buildings like bridge Alexandre III.
Metro from line 4, 10, 7, 1 are very close to the appartment so basically you can go everywhere in Paris without having to change too often!
Place is small but very comfortable, you have a king size bed in the mezzanine (160*190cm) and the cumfy sofa becomes a queen size bed (140*190cm).
Since flat is on Airbnb, I recently renovated it (mid-october): repainted, new top mattress for sofa bed, candles on balcony.
The bathroom is equiped with a bath, perfect after a long day of walking! I'll put soon some salt to mix with essential oil to create bath salts (I learned it and it's amazing !)
The internet is fast, and the table's level can be adjusted!
The terrace has enough place for 2 people having breakfast, although in winter you prefer to stay inside! The heater works perfectly)
The flat is on the second floor!
There is a nice boulangerie not far, you have a supermarket also just 2minutes walk from the appartment.
Waiting to host you!

The best thing about this apartment ? The location. 2 min by walk from a carrefour market, 5 min from the Notre Dame and close to the subway station. We stayed 6 days and we have visited all Paris by walk! The area is surrounded with a lot of little restaurants pretty good.
The size of the apartment: it's obvious that it's not an apartment in which you could fit 4 people for the entire year. But with a little organisation we managed to stay 6 nights in 4 without any problems.
Nothing to complain about the host, he's very organised, flexible and carries a lot about your stay in Paris.
I really recommend this apartment.
Merci pour l'accueil ! Nicolas est vraiment aimable et arrangeant.
Et l'appartement est définitivement très bien situé !
Fabulous location and Puzzle was an excellent host. Although the appartment is small we still managed to cook successfully for four people. The convection microwave really helped. Highly recommended.
The apartment is centrally located but very small, it's not really appropriate for four people especially given that the fold out bed is uncomfortable. Puzzle was friendly and quick to respond.
An amazing experience and the perfect location. Easy access to everywhere but we always wanted to return to St. Germain because it felt just like home to us.
It's definitely a bit small, but 1. the balcony really helps, 2. the location is absolutely unbeatable, and 3. Nicholas is a great guy, very responsive and helpful. Besides, this is Paris, you shouldn't be spending much time in your room! Overall, a great experience. Thanks, D
Very nice host!
Great little Place tucked away in the 6th of Paris. Best location available. Puzzle kept us up to date and contacted us once or twice via text to make sure everything was going smoothly.
If you are not particularly mobile, this isn't the place for your.
Also, the place would be considered small by some standards. If you are not intending on doing much but sleeping in the place then this might not be the place for you. But really, if you are in Paris, what are you doing in your room other than being in bed!
Thank you for the great stay!
The location can't be beat, but the place is quite small and a bit run down. First, the king size bed in the loft is smaller than a king size - much more like a queen. Second, the pull out couch is stained (puzzle claims its red wine, but it looks quite dirty overall) so you can only sleep ontop of the couch or on an air mattress. I was disappointed by this since I do not like air mattresses. By rundown I mean that the sink in the bathroom is coming out of the socket, there seems to be termite damage on the tub, the side of the couch seems to be broken (you cant just lean on the side of it) and the shower curtain is moldy. Once again the plus is location - we easily walked to all of the big sites and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Another plus is that Puzzle is quite nice and very accommodating - letting us check in early and late this was great especially because we had a baby with us. We stayed here for 2 nights and that was plenty...
Thanks Cristina! It was a pleasure meeting and showing you around the neighbourhood and bringing you to the Bateau Mouche by foot on Sunday.
Updates :-) Flat was completely repainted since you were gone.
Shower curtain has been changed, and new top mattress was bought for sofa bed (it was red wine left by a Danish couple). I was going to change it right after they left but you told me you wouldn't need that sofa bed in our messages :)
So a fresh look to the flat :-) Once again I appreciated our walk in Paris. Thanks for your review. Merci !
