Stylish place! Perfect for individual getaways or group trips. The Blue and Black Reserve is a great place to stay while in the greater Albany, GA area. It is an upstairs apartment with plush seating and comfortable beds. Smart TVs in every room w/ wifi. There is a Keurig for the coffee drinkers and well stock coffee and tea station. The space is close to the river dock so you can go kayaking and or fishing. Masterbed has private balcony. 10% discount for monthly bookings.

The apartment is a part of a 4 unit building in a close-knit community. This unit is located on the top floor.

Home is set up specially for traveling contract workers. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies, utensils, and condiments. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided and refrigerator has a filtered water pitcher.

House is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a Roku T.V. with app accessibility is provided in every room. In addition, there is a monitored security system in place.

Full laundry room with washer and dryer units along with iron, ironing board, and basic laundry supplies are available.

Towels, wash cloths, bath soap, tissue, and paper towels are all provided.

Parking is available for two vehicles on the parking pad.

Home is not pet friendly.

Guest may not use the property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the reservation.

The guest and those in the reservation party shall not engage in any activity that may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the owner or occupants of nearby homes or invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the property.

The owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by guest if the number of people at the property the limits provided or if the police are called to the property for excessive noise.

Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the house.

There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
