The space
Cabin 5's large deck opens out onto a very unique rock feature. Hawk Rock Cabins are located on the site of an old granite quarry (hence the name Quarry Road). Cabin 5 sits on the edge of an enormous granite mound which is dotted with huge abandoned granite blocks. The full sized kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee maker. Enjoy radiant heat in the floors and two full size bedrooms with queen beds. One full-sized bath. There is a pull out couch to sleep 2 more in the living room.

All cabins have BBQ grills, fire pits, radiant heat, televisions, linens and fully-equipped kitchens including coffee maker, microwave, cookware and tableware.

Our fully furnished, heated log cabins sit on more than 2,600 acres of private woodland in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. We are just nine miles north of East Burke, Vermont, home of the Burke Mountain Ski Area and the world-famous Kingdom Trails mountain bike center. Our cabins have access to the V.A.S.T. system (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers).

We oversee 2600 acres in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, on which the cabins are located. Burke Mountain, (website hidden) is 9 miles away, there is downhill skiing, nordic skiing, and snow shoeing in the winter as well as mountain biking at Kingdom Trails (website hidden). With tons of outdoor activities and wilderness right outside the door, our cabins are a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Vermont's beauty.
