The home is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the towneast mall with many restaurant options. Easy access to Kellogg, close proximity to McConnel Airforce base. Close to VA, Wesley hospital and flight safety. The base pricing is for 7 and can accommodate up to 12 guests . The house has total of 4 bedrooms 3 baths and two large living entertaining areas for family and friends to enjoy. Additional reservation details may required with local Wichita booking.

The space
The house has a half moon driveway with enough parking for four cars. There are couple steps to the front door with railing on both sides to enter the house. You will open the screen to get to keyless entry. This is a multilevel house. There is a large living space, kitchen, and dining on the main floor. There are three bedrooms two bathrooms on the upper level and a large living with one bedroom one bath, and laundry room on the lower level. There are seven stairs to the upper and lower level of the home. The space is recently renovated with fresh paint and new flooring. We carefully designed the space with our guests' comfort in mind. Each of the bedroom besides the kids room is equipped with queen size gel memory foam mattress that provides even pressure. There are two large tv in the house, one on the main floor by living room and another lower area perfect for separate adult/kids entertainment.

The home is wonderful for family gathering and also awesome for business travel. Guests can speak to us directly through the ring door bell. Please notice it notify us with motion alert and we are fully aware of people coming and going. Please be honest with the number of guests that will be staying in this home and book it accordingly.

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, this is strict non-smoking premise, which includes e-cigarettes and illegal substance. " No parties or venue like events, no illegal activity or inappropriate antisocial behavior. Authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal

Airbnb was introduced to us in 2015 by one of our close friend who is also a host in Wichita. Like many people we were skeptical opening our home to travelers initially; however, we felt we have gained so much more since 2015. It allowed us to become humble, compassionate, and appreciative what humanity has to offer.

Don't worry! We are not nosy hosts we don't care to probe for information for personal gains, but rather we enjoy great conversations and crave for our guests' life experiences. Only if you would like to share.

Jerry is a sales and operation manager for a family owned furniture store. He enjoys traveling, gym, obstacle races, gardening, landscaping, pond, and outdoor activities. Winnie works for local bridal store in downtown on weekend, and Pfizer chemist during the week. She loves real estate, entrepreneurial pod cast, true crime, ghost stories, yoga, and minimal exercise!

We are passionate hosts, we started from one listing out of our basement to multiple listing operating from three different homes with private rooms to entire house. Airbnb is both our baby and we enjoy hosting guests. We can't wait to host you and all your travel needs!
