Please not the following:

The room is VERY SMALL and can feel cramped for travelers with large luggages that need to be opened. If you need more space, I sometimes rent another room in my flat or my whole apartment, see my other listings on my profile.

The common areas (hallway, entrance and bathroom) are shared with me (the owner) and sometimes another tenant.

I'm a superhost and I have hosted more than 2000 happy guests over the past 12 years.

If you'd like to store your luggage before or after check in / check out, this can in most cases be arranged, but please ask first.

Thee can be some noise from the bathroom sometimes.

Like most apartment buildings in Norway, there's NO AIRCONDITION, but there are fans available to compensate. In general, this is not a problem as the weather here is rather chilly most of the time, but the apartment can indeed feel warm on hot summer days.

There are window blends to keep the light out and make the room completely dark when you'd like to sleep (sunrise is at 5 am in the summer ;)

Parties are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours between 10pm and 09am (please no shouting, loud music, use of washer/dryer etc)

If you'd like to go to the Oslo Beach Front, it's only a 10 minute walk, and skiing is possible if you take the tram only 25 minutes.

PARKING:
There is no parking with this flat, but there are public parking places and a parking house nearby. Public parking is free during the evning/night from 8pm - 9am and on Sundays (PS: Parking conditions updates frequently)

There's bicycle parking in our basement.
