Northern Sitka is quiet and serene with beautiful sunsets that highlight whales, eagles and ocean life within hearing and viewing distance. Located very near the ferry landing and local trailheads, and the cruise ship dock is within view.
This suite is right of the main highway (Halibut Point Rd), accessible via public transit, and very close to the ferry and cruise shop landings.

Local transportation options include: car rentals, public bus service within 500' of suite, cab service, or bike rentals. Bus Service: The Sitka Tribe of Alaska operates public transit buses throughout town called the RIDE. The RIDE operates outbound through the "blue-line" 6:30am-7:30pm, M-F EVERY HOUR. The bus stop is right below our suite on Halibut Point Rd at Viking Way. The "red line" operates transiting back into town and arrives in town about 17 mins past the hour, each hour. The cost is $2 one way or $5 for a day pass. Car & bike rental companies & cab and taxi service are available as well.

This rental is an upstairs unit in a single family home, with stunning sunset and ocean views. This is an adult only property, not suitable for infants and children. Pricing is per double occupancy (per two); guests over 2 are charged $50/per person per night.
Please be sure and list all who will be staying in the apartment in your reservation and initial message, and advise of your expected arrival time once it is secured so that we can help make the check-in convenient.
Golden Rule Applies-all things left the way they were found. No drugs of any sort, if it involves smoke, there are smoking areas outside the suite. We love four legged friends, but we cannot host. No candles or fire hazards. We also encourage the conservation of the resources such as heat, light and water. Please don't hesitate to inform host of any problems that may arise during your stay in the suite. We are here to help make your stay all that you expect.
