About This Listing
It's a 3-bedroom ground floor apartment, on the third floor, in a residential and quite area, with a market place and the public transportation 2 minutes walk away. Opposite to the University of Applied Science, and not far from the University of Jordan.
the apartment is fully and nicely furnished, I live in it with my 16y old daughter.
We're looking for a female student or working professional to take the spare room and be part of our small family.
If you're planning to take it on monthly basis, then we'll work out a good deal for you...:-)
a very quite residential neighborhood.
just be decent, considerate, clean and somewhat organized... sure.. you would also experience the same from our end.
Staying with Mo and his daughter was a great experience! I arrived in Amman after a long flight and Mo picked me up from the airport, and the next day helped me get set up with a cell phone. He and his daughter were available to answer any questions I had. The listing is accurate. His daughter and I shared a separate bathroom. In the neighborhood there were grocery stores and pharmacies and basic shops. Being close to the University of Jordan there were plenty of cafes to study in. Getting down to the main university area took about a half hour walking (then again I walk slowly in heat). A taxi to get downtown to 1st circle costs about 3 JD, and took around 15 minutes.
I stayed at Mo's place for a month and was very glad I found him, especially since this was my first time in (website hidden) and his daughter both helped me get settled and find everything I needed. They're a very friendly, welcoming family.
The flat is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. There are several small shops nearby, so all the basics are within walking distance. To go farther, taxis are easy to find. The room is clean, well maintained, and spacious, and was comfortably cool in May/June.
Overall all, highly recommended!
Staying with Mohammad and his daughter was an absolute pleasure! I feel very fortunate to have been hosted by such a lovely family who made me feel so welcomed and easily at home. The house is clean and comfortable. The area of the city was perfect for where I needed to be. I would hope that Mohammad's home is available the next time I visit Amman.
I enjoyed staying in Mohammad's apartment. I had never been to Amman before, and Mohammad was able to tell me everything I needed to know. It is a lovely place that is very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. I was made very welcome by Mohammad and his daughter. I would like to stay there again if I return to Amman. I highly recommend it - an excellent place to stay.
I spent a wonderful week with my daughter in Mo's apartment.
Great value for money, the place is clean, confortable and very safe.
We felt at home, we had access to every part of the apartment, we ate together in the evening.
But the best part of it ,is that Mo has a lovely daughter who looked after us so well during our stay, she came with us many times to show us the city, and it was a real pleasure to have her with us.
I do recommend the place 100%

I'm a well-educated indivisual, known among my freinds and family for being a mind person... proud of that.. I know exactly who I am and what I want in this life.
I'm a mechanical engineer, work as a Project Manager for an organization owned by the US and Jordanian governments here in Jordan. and I'm doing my master's at the University of Liverpool "part time".. I certianly hope to finish that and move on to PhD. after that.
I lived and worked in many places around the world.. and had a very good share of traveling. I came back to Jordan a little more than a year ago with all the intensions of settling here for good.. and so far that is going well.
I'm a single father for the last 12 years or so I have one little princess, that's my daughter and her name is May. she's been living with me since me and her mom got divorced... and I consider May as one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life... so blessed to have her in it.
well.. there is so much to say.. but I guess this would give you a glimpse of who I am.. to a reasonable extent...:)
