Located on a quiet street adjacent to a seasonally running canal. To the North are the elementary school, LDS church, and some historic buildings/dwellings. To the South, you can see the Henry Mountains. Bull Mountain Market is a short stroll/quick drive. Overall this neighborhood is very peaceful, with occasional vocals from neighborhood dogs, horses, sheep, or roosters, along with plenty of native birds and crickets adding to the overall ambiance.
