Welcome to our luxury, beach front condo, only a few short steps to the ocean! Just 90 minutes from SJO International airport. A short stroll down the street and you're in the heart of Jaco's lively downtown area. Tres Regalos Community is located at the north end of town, right next to the famous Croc's Resort and Casino. We're proud to have one of Jaco's few saltwater swimming pools. The 24 hour on-site security gives you peace of mind.

The space
It's a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo located in the upscale community of Tres Regalos on the 4th floor. Enjoy two immensely spacious rooms one with 1 king bed, en-suite bathroom and second room with 2 queen beds and hallway bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, equipped with appliances and utensils. In-suite washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The private balcony looks out onto the Pacific Ocean and is the perfect place to start your day with a coffee and to end your day with an evening cocktail and watch sunsets.

Guest access
Aside from the condo, guests have access to a beachfront saltwater swimming pools, which is surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. Hop out of the pools and jump in the ocean in a matter of seconds! We're also happy to offer a handful of beach accessories to be used at your leisure, we just ask that you bring them back to the condo after using them.

Other things to note
Tres Regalos is an upscale community in Jaco and prides itself in offering some of the best beachfront condos that the town has to offer. This is, if not, the most newly renovated condo within the community. The perfect place for a perfect vacation is here for you.

Guest will have access to condo from check in time 3pm till check out time 11am. If need guest can check in any time after 3pm as there are guards on premises 24 hours a day and will have keys to condo for guest after showing IDs.

5th guest is permitted, if approved.

Tres Regalos is a beachfront condo located on the north end of Jaco, right next door to the famous Croc's Resort and Casino. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main downtown strip, or a 2 minute taxi ride. Being tucked away on a dead end road, means there isn't much traffic and therefore fewer people on this stretch of the beach. The nearby jungle covered hills really give you the Costa Rican experience.
