Enjoy the serenity of Uptown Hot Springs as this bungalow is immersed between trees and wooded area. Plenty of refreshing natural beauty here in the Natural State. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the front porch swing to take it all in.

Bedroom 2: king bed
Additional sleeping: 2 trundle beds in bonus room, the bonus room in the heat of the summer may be too hot to sleep in
KITCHEN
You will not find a better equipped and stocked kitchen in Hot Springs! Fully-equipped kitchen with all of the necessary essentials to make those away-from-home home cooked meals. Furnishings include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and baking sheets, cooking utensils, crock pot, electric skillet, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons along with cookbooks in the back primary on the bookshelf.

Wi-Fi throughout home!
Living room: Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App)

Plenty of dedicated parking at the property for guests, including carport parking. There is enough parking for two vehicles pulling trailers to park at the same time.

Guests will have access to the entire house except part of downstairs. Laundry/wash room is located downstairs.

- A/C, plumbing, electrical have all been updated throughout the house as part of the recent remodeling.
- Instant hot water heater.
- Plug for EV/RV charging.
-Bikes can be safely stored in the basement laundry room
