Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the beautiful Currituck Sound on the quaint little island of Waterlily. Our private 2 bedroom suite features soundfront access, gorgeous views, spectacular sunsets and a relaxing backyard for your vacation. If you are looking for something quaint and away from the busy beach but still close to everything, this is the perfect place for you.

The space
Pipers place offers an open living area, kitchen with hotplate cooktop, dining area with seating for 4, TV, laundry area with washer and dryer, two bedrooms with Queen beds, hall bath with shower/tub combo. The outdoor area has a screened in porch with seating.

Guest access
We love our private little retreat. It is attached to our home however we give our guests all the space they need to enjoy their stay. You will have a separate entrance and a keyless code for check in. We provide access to our spacious backyard with seating, our private dock and a designated parking area. Make sure to visit Coinjock Marina for cocktails or waterfront dining nearby. The Outer Banks is about a 30 minute drive and the VIrginia border is about 25 minutes so we are right in between everything. There are also local parks and public boat ramp nearby. KOA OBX West Campground 3 miles away.

Neighborhood highlights

Waterlily is a private soundfront neighborhood with a laid back local vibe. The KOA campground is close by along with the famous Coinjock Marina. You will need a car to get around but could also rent bikes to explore as well! Ask us about bikes!

If you are staying with us on the sound in Coinjock you may also see our best girl, Piper, who is our Golden Retriever. We also enjoy spending time with our children and our granddaughter.
