Welcome to 1918 by Vacasso — Built in 1918 — The gated estate has three indo-Portuguese villas renovated by star architect Abha Narain Lambah with an eye for artful living. The property was featured in the luxury magazine Lifestyle Asia.

Spread over 2000 sq.m. with open spaces, gardens, and a plunge pool. We offer valet services and pick up & drop in our e-rickshaw to Anjuna parking. Our team of caretakers, security guards & property managers will help you throughout your stay with us.

The space
Our 4BHK Yellow Villa is expansive with dramatic interiors. The villa is equipped with:

- 4 ensuite and air-conditioned double bedrooms.
- The loft room has a fully-equipped 5th bedroom attached to it. You may use it for extra guests at an additional charge. Please check the picture for room details - "Additional bedroom in the loft."
- A 16-seater dining room opens into a Portuguese-style porch (sacada) overlooking the garden.
- A 10-seater living room that also opens to a sacada.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and essential appliances like microwave, washing machine, fridge, stove, etc.
- Shared plunge pool with large sunbeds.
- Our gardens are home to mango, coconut, frangipani and breadfruit (a Goan delicacy) trees. You can unwind in the open seating areas and hammocks while spotting kingfishers, brahminy kites, hummingbirds & koyals.
- Our team of caretakers includes housekeeping, security, maintenance, valet, runner and meals on demand. One person will be stationed at the property at all times.
- We offer high-speed WiFi connection throughout the estate.
- Valet services for self-driven cars.
- Pick and drop to Anjuna parking in our e-rickshaw.
- 24 x 7 genset power backup.

- Fixed Goan breakfast menu with options to choose from, available at an additional charge.

You will stay in the heart of Anjuna and 700mts away from the beach. At 1918 by Vacasso, you will have complete access to our open spaces, lush gardens, plunge pool, and the villa you have booked. Our neighbourhood is brimming with happening places, like seaside shacks, restaurants, cafes, flea markets, superstores, beaches, co-working spaces, etc.

We have a dedicated team that curates experiences during your stay at 1918 by Vacasso. Once you have made the booking, the experience team will get in touch and have a chat about your plans, pitch in recommendations and curate unique experiences like karaoke, live music, candlelight dinner, pool-side cocktails, etc.

Our team also arranges offbeat Goan expeditions like trails, kayaking & treks in partnership with trusted locals. We will also help you with table and event reservations. You can check out our guidebook for more details.

On arrival, our property manager welcomes you at check-in and gives you a tour of the property.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping services are provided between 10AM to 5PM every day. We also offer turn-down services. We follow sustainable practices at the property.

ROOM AMENITIES
All rooms come with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and essential toiletries. Extra items like a hair dryer, ironing board, shaving kit, dental kit, etc., are available on request. You may also avail extra bedding at an additional charge.
