There is also an entire bottom patio which has direct access from all three downstairs bathrooms. Downstairs Deck includes a propane fire pit, lounge chairs and seating. The front yard is fully fenced and great for accommodating guests that bring their furry friends.

The City of Sedona requires all vacation rental homes to follow community guidelines. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please park only in the designated driveway or parking areas at the home. Street parking may not be permitted in some areas of Sedona.

Sedona is a natural desert environment and guests may see javelina, coyotes, deer, rabbits, and other wildlife. Please do not feed wildlife and keep food secured indoors.
