The space
The complete condo and terrace are for your private use, including three bedrooms, entertainment room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and four separate bathrooms. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the nearly year-round warm and sunny weather. Parking for one vehicle is included. After a day of sightseeing, come home to the convenience of ceiling fans, window and door screens, blackout shades, filtered tap water, laundry room, wi-fi, and fully-equipped kitchen with ice-maker and dishwasher. The pool and grounds are shared with the other units within our gated community. The entire house, including the terrace, is for your personal use.

Guatemala is a tropical location, so you may encounter occasional bugs or spiders. Screens on windows and doors should help keep them out.

Housekeeping and/or cooking during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.

Antigua is a colonial city, and its sewer system is nearly as old. To avoid nasty clogs, we ask that you take special care of our septic system by placing all toilet paper, sanitary items, wipes, and other items into the trash instead of flushing them in the toilet.

Our listing is family friendly but not childproof and best suited for families with kids over 5 years old.
