In the heart of Fayetteville, this unique three bedroom A- frame is a quiet getaway located across the walking bridge in downtown Fayetteville. Located on 2.5 acres provides a quiet getaway but its location close to the pedestrian bridge means that you can easily and safely walk to visit downtown Fayetteville with its unique restaurants and shops. Everything is less than a mile away!

The space
Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this charming three bedroom, two bath home located on 2.5 acres. Enjoy the two-story living room and large screen TV while cooking in the newly renovated kitchen with new appliances. Or grill your favorites on the brand new gas grill while sipping a drink on the large deck with outdoor dining and lounge chairs.

There is a large spacious master bedroom with a newly remodeled master bathroom with a soaker tub and custom shower upstairs. And two additional bedrooms and one bathroom located downstairs.

The living room and master bedroom feature flat screen TV's ready for you to log in to all your favorite streaming services from home. The living room also features a working fireplace!

The detached garage has been newly renovated with a 50" flat screen TV, foosball, air hockey and additional sleeping for 5. This play room is air conditioned and heated but the garage doors are screened in to enjoy the cool mountain evenings while watching your favorite movie! There is a double pull out couch, a single pull out couch, and a twin day bed with a twin trundle (both with memory foam mattresses) - additional sleeping for 5!

Or turn on the outdoor lights and enjoy some S'mores and drinks by the backyard firepit - all on the privacy of 2.5 acres.

Although quiet and secluded, the house is walking distance to downtown Fayetteville. Or bring your mountain bike and leave from the house directly to the town park and miles of mountain bike trails!

Other things to note
About the owners: We first came to the New River Gorge to try out the whitewater rafting. Since that first trip here with our family, we found ourselves coming back again and again to try even more activities. Currently, our kids (all teenagers now!!) are in love with rafting, rock climbing and mountain biking in and around the New River Gorge. The adults like to also throw in a little hiking and scenery as well! At a certain point, we knew that having our own place here would be an amazing way to continue our adventuring. Of course, if you want a little less adventuring and a little more relaxing, we have that too! Hang out by the backyard firepit or enjoy the huge front porch.
