Located 15 minutes outside of the town of Joshua Tree in a picturesque valley on 2.5 acres of land. Enjoy desert CoLiving (30+ days minimum) and relax in peace during the day and stargaze at night. You can walk to the nearby Coyote Lake Bed BLM land for off-road activities.

At the ITH Coyote Ranch, our passion is to host you with a home-like vibe and connect you with the best things to do in Joshua Tree.

The property is located 20 minutes from the entrance to the Joshua Tree National Park.

The space
The ITH Coyote Ranch offers a peaceful stay in the desert. You have access to a communal kitchen, lounge, and outdoor patio for relaxing.

The Private Room has its own private bathroom.

There is a workspace inside the room.

You have access to a lounge, communal kitchen, and patio.

There is free WIFI available.

We are pet-friendly. The border of the property has a fence if you would like to bring your dog.

The property is self-sustainable by pumping water from our own well.

The main Ranch House is communal and offers an indoor lounge, dining room, and shared kitchen.

During your stay
Our staff lives in Big Bear Lake and makes 2-3 times visits a month for housekeeping (for communal spaces), maintenance, and supplies runs. However, we are always reachable by phone or messenger.

Other things to note
Our Ranch is focused on Coliving and building an intentional community for travelers and digital nomads. There is a 30-day minimum stay required for this room. We do not offer nightly accommodation for less than 30 days.

In Joshua Tree, we enjoy almost zero light pollution and the night skies will blow your mind! The Ranch is located in a valley outside of Joshua tree. There is a 1/4 mile maintained dirt road off of a rural desert highway to reach the property.
