Summer booking from 9 July to 30 August (3 to 4 nights minimum) Our flat is an ideal base for visiting Marseille! It's located at 3 rue Fortia, right in the heart of the historic Vieux Port, in the pedestrian zone, 2 minutes' walk from all amenities and public transport: metro, maritime shuttles, bus station...

The space
The flat was completely renovated in September 2021 and is fully equipped: air conditioning, washing machine, fitted kitchen, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat. Please note that the flat is on the 1st floor without a lift. No arrivals before 3 p.m. without exception thank you.

Arrival is by key box: you will receive instructions on how to collect the keys at 11am on the day of your arrival.

On your arrival, you will find in the flat :
- Sheets and towels (one per person, size 140*70cm),
- Kitchen towel,
- 2 welcome Nespresso coffee capsules with tea
- Shower gel
- A roll of toilet paper.

IMPORTANT NOTES :
- On the day of arrival, it will not be possible to arrive in the flat before 3 p.m., without exception,
- Your keys will be available in a secure key box. You will receive instructions on how to collect the keys at around 11am. Please note that there will be no assistance after 8pm,
- On the day of departure, it is not possible to leave the flat after 10 a.m., without exception, otherwise an extra night will be charged.

Sorry you are in the city center (old port) so no free parking, a paid underground car park at 12 cours jean ballard or paid parking in rue sainte and around the apartment
