  • Guglielmo is a fun man and welcomed us warmly, picked us up from a losting spot and introduced us to everything that we need to know.
The apartment has a lift so it saves much energy. It is on the rooftop with a great view of Florence. The location is also very nice, in the heart of city so we enjoyed local life as a Florence ppl. From the apartment we got to be anywhere very conveniently.
The apartment has everything that we needed and it is designed with great usage of space, even though it was a bit small. This is a very good choice for short stay of two ppl.

  • Guglielmo was fantastic and very friendly. Met us at the apartment at showed us around and even explained where the grocery store and other amenities were. The apartment is the perfect location and within walking distance of everything you would need plus many tourist attractions. The apartment itself was well equipped and had what we needed to make food in the mornings. The apartment was a little smaller then what we anticipated and the bathroom is a tad cramped with the shower being a little bit of a pain. But all in all good experience and good host.

  • Guglielmo was waiting for us in the apartment and received us well with a map and good tips. Really great location in the historic town, only a 5-10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and Ufizzi gallery and 15-20 minutes to Duomo. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket close by.
The Apartment has a nice atmosphere. A very small bathroom and shower though, also need to turn the hot water boiler on 20 minutes before taking a shower.

  • I stayed the apartment for 3 days. His house is in center of Firenze (I think), so it's easy accessible to most places. Also it is furnitured well and there isn't inconvenience at all. Thanks Guglielmo.

  • Guglielmo is the best. My girlfriend and I arrived in Florence late. I had looked up directions from the wrong train station and then we had trouble getting a taxi. So while we were struggling to get to the apartment, Guglielmo was waiting patiently. I tried my best to update him about the delay but with limited wifi and no phone service, I wasn't able to get him much information.

Despite our lateness, Guglielmo was in great spirits when we did arrive. He helped my girlfriend with her bag, and then showed us up to the apartment and gave us the quick tour. He was very friendly, had a huge smile on his face the entire time, and quickly made us feel at home.

The apartment has a very nice feel to it and while the room is not big, we felt very comfortable in the space. The large windows opened up a bit to let some fresh air in and, being on the fifth floor, the view over the rooftops of Florence was enjoyable. The pictures of Florence hanging in the studio were a nice touch too.

Guglielmo was a great host, the apartment was in a perfect location, and we had a wonderful time during our short stay in Florence. I hope to go back eventually and I'd love to stay at Guglielmo's apartment again.

  • This apartment was a really great stay for us! It was clean and tidy, and Guglielmo was really kind is meeting us late at night for check in and showing us around the apartment. What we enjoyed best about the place is that it is right at the center of Florence, usually just a 2 or 5 minute walk to most spots! The other thing that was surprising about the place was the view! Being on the top floor, you get a really great view of Florence. It is a pretty small space, and though it lacks wi fi, the view and location makes up for it! I highly recommend this place! Thanks Guglielmo :)

  • Guglielmo kept in touch, was there to greet us and help take our stuff to the apt. The apt is in a great location right beside the Ponte Vecchio, which takes you to the inner city. The Pitt Palace is really close as well. Limited hot water, but if you ration right it's not an issue.

  • I had a wonderful time in Florence. Nicola's apartment was a perfect size for two for a short stay. Nicola was more than helpful and I would definitely encourage staying here - especially for its prime location!

  • Many thanks to Guglielmo for a brilliant stay in his lovely apartment. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our short stay in Florence. We met Guglielmo briefly to take the keys and he was very welcoming, kind and helpful. Looking forward to returning sometime!
