Lovely 1BR Apartment St. Peter's

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Via Angelo Emo, Rome, Lazio 00136, Italy

The Space

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment, located in Via Angelo Emo right in the heart of the Vatican Area, is literally 2 minutes on foot from the Cipro Metro station, and 5 minutes from the Vatican Museums. Very close to shops, supermarkets, markets (the peculiar Mercato Trionfale is right there) grocery stores, restaurants and very nice little bistrots.
The flat is approximately 485 sqm and is on the second floor of a two-storey building. It has a double bedroom (with a queen size bed) with bathroom inside equipped with a shower, and a very nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
As for the amenities, it is provided with a built-in air conditioning and autonomous heating system, flat 32" TV screen with SKY, wireless high-speed internet connection as well as double glazing windows. We also provide clean towels and sheets for every guest, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an espresso machine, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer unit and a washing machine as well as all the other necessary appliances. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.
But the real gem of this apartment is its very big private terrace on the roof of the apartment (almost the same area of the house - 485 sqm) with a wooden gazebo, a hammock and a table so that you can eat outside.
The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very centrally located, and represents the ideal accommodation for a couple visiting Rome and wanting to have some privacy instead of a hotel or a B&B. The neighborhood is very safe due to its proximity with the Vatican and very well connected with public transportation (that is if you don't like to walk, because many monuments are at a walking distance).
Check in is usually around 2pm and check out at 12pm but these can change upon request.
We welcome your inquiries and questions and will answer right away and still within one business day. We provide a written guide to both the apartment and the neighborhood, with tips and advice for restaurants, bistrots, pubs, grocery stores, supermarkets etc.

Amenities include: Satellite flat 32” screen TV, Wireless High Speed Internet Connection, Air Conditioning, Autonomous Heating System, Guide to the Apartment and Neighborhood, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kitchenware/Tableware, Washing Machine, Iron/Ironing Board, Hairdryer, DVD Player, Phone for emergency calls, Linen and Towels Provided, Crib available, Customer Assistance.

  • Andrea was very pro during our time in Rome and before. Answer to our messages very quickly and be available to drive us to the airport very early the day we left.
He didn't hesitate to come back at the flat when we didn't know how to manage the heating.
The flat is lovely with a very nice terrace. You feel at home at Andrea apartment.
there is also a very traditional and busy italian restaurant literally on the corner and the vatican is 10 min walking!
I would definitely recommend the place and the host.

  • Andrea is a burgeoning entrepreneur who really understands the meaning of customer service. He bent over backwards to make us comfortable.

The apartment is as-advertised - walking distance to the Vatican and good restaurants. A few train stops to other attractions.

All in all a great place to stay in a wonderful city.

  • When you arrive in a city you have never been before, it's comforting to know that your host is willing to pick you up from the airport and show you to the apartment. The apartment is situated perfectly with all the comforts of home. And when your host is willing to pick you up before 5 am to take you to the airport means you have an enjoyable and stress free stay.
We loved Rome. We felt welcome, Thanks Andrea!

  • This is a neat apartment close to the Rome Metro - which is very useful. The bed is great, the shower works well, we had access to clean towels. But the best bit to the apartment is the roof terrace. Andrea himself is extremely helpful, and an excellent guide to Rome. If you are a rugby fan I can recommend it in particular as its not far from the stadium by Metro.

  • Andrea's apartment is very clean and very well arranged. He was very helpful throughout our stay with tips and answered our questions. He waited to receive us and also helped us with our luggage.

  • We found this beautiful apartment, and fell in love instantly! The location, price and decor was perfect. It is close enough to walk to many places, or just jump on the Metro/Bus and you're there.
Andrea was absolutely brilliant from the first enquiry right through to taking us back to the airport when we unfortunately had to go home.
The added benefit of being able to provide a transfer service was welcomed, and alot easier than trying to navigate our way through!
I could not recommend this apartment enough!
It is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and airy, air con for those hot days and the wonderful rooftop terrace to enjoy the warm evening nights with a bottle of wine.
    Definitely coming back again!
A huge Thank You to Andrea for making our Rome holiday one to remember!

  • We had an excellent time staying in Andrea's apartment which was so close
to Vatican City you could see the dome of St Pauls. Andrea was very
friendly and accommodating, meeting us at the airport, storing our baggage
until we could get access and giving us great advice about what we might do
and which sights to see. His English is extremely good, too.
The apt is quite small but very comfortable and well equipped (with things
like olive oil, balsamic and butter). the inclusion of a spacious roof area
with hammock, tables, chairs etc adds a very useful and comfortable space.
There are a number of stairs to the apartment, so be prepared for the
climb. Andrea put all our things inside before we returned so we didn't
have to lug them up the stairs.
I would highly recommend Andrea's place and would stay again. Dianne

  • We stayed in this fabulous apt for 4 days but wished it had been 4 weeks!!! I cannot say enough good things about it!
Andrea was great, even when we got lost and were like over an hour late getting there.
The apt itself is beautiful and lots of fun too. The patio is awesome!! The neighbourhood is safe and also the people in it are so friendly!! The prices at the restos and stores around are very reasonable as well.
We loved it and plan on going back as soon as we can. I have already recommended it to friends! Ciao :)
