Other things to note
Spot 73 was professionally designed by Spot Lab, using a mix of vintage, classic and modern designer furniture and artwork throughout the home that was built at the turn of the century. Reclaimed bowling alley material was repurposed into a dining table and bench. Vintage church pews were salvaged from an old local Tabernacle and made into banquette seating in the dining room below a series of Herman Miller's original picnic posters. A 1926 Tiffin pedestal sink found a home in one of the bathrooms creating a nice counterpoint to the otherwise completely modernized baths. You will find classic furniture and lighting sprinkled throughout, designed by the likes of Eames, Florence Knoll, and Sonneman, complimenting items by current or up and coming designers from places like Hem, BluDot, and NewMade LA.
