We live upstairs and have our bodega (where we keep surf boards and fishing supplies) downstairs by front shared entrance !

Typical Nicaraguan neighborhood on the north end of town close to the beach, restaurants, and gym. Pulpería (Corner store) two houses down. Easy road access to center of town….one minute drive/6 minute walk.
