  • This is a great place to stay if going to San Francisco. My husband and I stayed two nights and it was just what we wanted. A home away from home. Amrita was welcoming and very helpful regarding things to do, transport and hot spots. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough to move freely with our luggage. Amrita provided towels and the whole house was clean.

  • Amrita was a welcoming host who will make you feel at home and has such an ideal location and a beautiful space. The first floor room is cute and comfortable,
transit connections are just a few steps away and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a great base from which to explore San Fransisco.

  • My wife and I stayed at Amrita's apartment for a full week and had a wonderful time. Her apartment felt like a home away from home. Amrita is a friendly and warm host. The apartment it self is elegant and beautifully furnished in an eclectic and artistic style.

  • Great place, great location, amazing host! I would definitely recommend this. I had a great time and only wish I had reserved for my entire stay in San Francisco (stayed in a hotel the first couple of days).

  • Amrita is the best host I've ever stayed with.. she was so kind and welcoming and really made me feel at home! I stayed with her for a week and it was a real pleasure. She gave me great inspiration on what to do and recommended me some special spots.
Her apartment is beautiful and spacious. I also loved the location, close to great shops and cafes in Hayes Valley and very well connected with public transport. I even went running in Golden Gate Park which is only a few stops away!
Hopefully I'll be back in San Francisco and I'd love to stay with Amrita again.

  • My wife, my 6 month old daughter, and myself had a wonderful time saying at Amrita's flat in Alamo Square. The room was cozy and private, though we felt very welcome to share the beautiful common spaces as well. Amrita is also very pleasant to talk to for some tips and insights about San Francisco!
