Welcome to the Bull City!

Come stay at our quirky and cozy condo, located just next door to Duke University. Our newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to both Duke's commercial center--Ninth Street--and the broader city's downtown attractions. The condo is situated right in the middle of Duke's campus community, popular eateries, bars, coffee shops, bike paths, and hiking trails.

The space
The condo has been lovingly designed with aesthetics and function in mind. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, stocked and ready for your morning latte; bar seating and a dining table; a high def Roku-operated TV with complimentary access to Netflix; bedrooms suited for those who prefer both a soft and a firm sleep; central air and heating; a reading corner, a dedicated workspace, and an oversized sofa, perfect for lounging or for bedtime; and a tree-covered patio, outfitted for your morning coffee, or evening drink.

Our place is furnished with all of the comforts of a home away from home, including a suite of board games, warm blankets, toiletries, guest slippers, and what we call our "bar-share."
