The space
Carlsen providing a Scandinavian inspired villa, open living space with view of the lake from ground level to first floor. Equipped with fully functional kitchen, comfortable sofas, 8-seater dining table, bar top with bar seats, guest bathroom. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned and attached bathrooms with hot water shower. Additional features include the private garden with stunning lake view, swimming pool and kid pool and with parking space within the residence.

We are one of few one of kind properties located close proximity to Colombo city center , approximately 30 mins by car/ taxi . staying with us will help to explore sri Lankan rural and city culture.

We provide dishes, glasses, pots, various household items, sheets, bath towels, duvets toilet amenities etc. Grocery shop is nearby with 2 mins by car or taxi. Villa is staffed with a chef and a caretaker .
