Make sure the lint trap – on the window next to the dryer is full of water before using the dryer.
I have cleaned out shelves in the fridge for your use. Do not worry about discarding any food upon exiting. Coffee filters are in the cupboard above the toaster oven. The dresser in the closet with the sliding glass doors is empty and for your use and I’ve made some space in the closet for you.
The garbage pails are underneath the sink. There is also another pail underneath the sink for recyclables. We don’t recycle but I still separate. If you should need to throw away garbage, use a green/black trash bag in the closet next to the fridge and garbage day is Sunday and Wednesday evening.

L'appartement de Stéphanie est très agréable et très bien située dans Brooklyn à côté d'une station de métro qui permet d'être rapidement à Manhattan. La rue est pleine de bon restaurants. Stéphanie a été très pro-active. Je recommande !
Nicely located with lots of great little dinners, awesome discount designer shoe shop* (!) and restaurants near by. Generally a well appointed, homely apartment.
Great location! Walking distance to subway stations is a plus for us. Tep's instructions are very clear (no kidding about the lock!) for us when we arrive. Great neighborhood!
Everything was as described. The place was clean and made you feel welcome. The place was clean. A lot of stores and restaurants. Perfect location in a nice area and even parking was not too bad.
We had a wonderful time staying at Tep's place. The location is great, and we appreciated the suggestions Tep provided for restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment was clean and very charming--would definitely choose to stay again!
The reservation was canceled 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
When we first arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned (we knew this going into it). When we came back to the apartment after the maid had been there, it was a lot cleaner and we were ready to begin our stay! I had a little bit of trouble with the key which gave us a mini scare, but Tep responded promptly and we figured out you just have to wiggle it :). The apartment had a good living room and kitchen area. The bathroom and bunk room were kind of small, but we expected that due to it being NYC. The bed was really comfortable in the big bedroom! And we never got hot in the apartment space. She cleaned out her fridge and gave us room to put our stuff in there. She left us a really nice note welcoming us and giving us detailed instructions which was so helpful! The place was SO easy to find, the neighborhood felt safe, and the place was great for a mini vacation. Overall, we loved it. With food places, nail shops, bars, etc. all within walking distance, we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Overall, a big thank you to Tep for opening up her home to us! We really enjoyed visiting Brooklyn. Rating: 4.5 stars!
