This listing is the ENTIRE HOUSE, including the 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom "Main" unit, plus a bonus full studio apartment with separate entrances on the ground floor, plus the detached garage.

KITCHEN: 2 Fully equipped kitchens, a breakfast bar, multiple coffee makers including drip coffee and French press, 2 dishwashers, 3 refridgerators, etc

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles), RV and trailer parking available

The address is 189 Abandoned Rail Road, Fairplay, Colorado. Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is 11am. The main unit entrance is up the stairs from the parking area/carport area.

There is plenty of parking in the lot and driveway. I recommend parking in the car port and then using the back-in area to turn the car around when exiting the driveway. Use caution not to hit a tree, a carport post or the built backup posts when turning around!

The attached garage is actually the laundry room, so no car parking in there.
