Gus II's location is fantastic, just far enough away from the 'main drag' of Fremont to not be subject to much noise, but within very easy walking distance (2 blocks). Fremont is nicknamed "The Center of the Universe" making it a great launching pad for your Seattle visit.

Key amenities include - multiple living spaces (great room, bonus room, and rooftop), hot tub, espresso machine, and premium furnishings and art throughout.

**PLEASE NOTE - we just relisted this property (June 2026) after using it for our primary residence. The photos are not up to date. We have added 2 bunk beds that are in common spaces to allow for 14 guests instead of 10. Traeger has been removed from rooftop. Furniture may be different than photos but is functionally the same. Feel free to ask questions about this or we are happy to discuss on the phone after you book**

On to the property description:

Walk in the front door down a hallway past the first 0.5 bath into a beautiful modern open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows. Includes a chef's kitchen with Wolf range, Breville espresso machine, and premium kitchen tools. Waterfall countertop island with barstools, and a large dining room table that seats 10. Comfortable living room with gas fireplace and beautiful artwork throughout.

From the main floor lets walk downstairs first. On the ground floor you will find a large bonus room with TV and Sonos sound system. In the bonus room is a twin bunk bed. Additionally there is one bedroom (w/ king size bed) and bathroom on this floor.

Moving to the 2nd floor there are 4 more bedrooms. Including a luxurious master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and views of Mt Rainier on a nice day. Large master bath with radiant heat flooring, walk in shower, and free standing tub. Three more bedrooms include queen size beds, and an additional twin bunk bed that it is in a nook of the hallway (not in a bedroom).

So in total we have 5 bedrooms (2 King / 3 Queen) and 2 bunk beds that are in common spaces - we sleep 14!

But wait, there's more... Continue up the stairs from the 2nd floor to the rooftop. Here we have premium rooftop furniture, as well as a Solo Stove (urban fire pit), and the cherry on top is our rooftop hot tub! Enjoy even better views of the city and Mt Rainier than were visible from the master bedroom! This rooftop is truly one of a kind, and will make your visit to Seattle amazing!

Situated within walking distance of Gasworks Park on the north side of Lake Union, Gus II is in an excellent location for you to explore the entirety of Seattle. Very close to the neighborhoods of Ballard, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, and Wallingford. UW is within a short drive or a long walk (under 2 miles). Jump bikes and scooters available - enjoy the Burke Gillman trail that can take you to Gasworks Park and on to UW.
