The space
✦ This darling one-bedroom condo includes a luxury queen sized memory mattress. There’s also a really comfy couch and a Twin XL sized air mattress available.

✦ Fresh linens and towels are provided along with essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.

✦ Coffee, cream, sugar are all provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including dishes, cookware, silverware, cooking utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, general spices/oil. So, you can easily make a meal, have something delivered, or dine out at one of the many amazing restaurants that Nashville has to offer!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Cutest Community in Nashville! 🤠

Quick walk straight down 2nd Ave to the famous Broadway Strip to all of the Honky Tonks; it's less than 0.5 miles (about a ten minute walk). The places you can walk to are endless. You can also Uber/Lyft anywhere that's a little farther out for a reasonable price. Most people park their cars and never move them during their stay.

Ascend Amphitheater, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Printers Alley, Johnny Cash Museum, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame & more!!! You’ll love my place because of the location, the coziness, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
