The space

The apartment is on the first floor of a typical building of the early twentieth century.

Recently renovated, it is bright and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The position is strategic located being close to Independence Square, 5 minutes far by walk from Fortezza da Basso, near the northern edge of the historic center, so close to the train station (10 minutes of actual walking), in addition to the ring roads although in the center.

It 's also easy to reach by car, while having to respect the limits of entrance to center.

It 's still possible to park (fee) nearby.

The monumental center of the city with all the main attractions (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio, Accademia, Uffizi, Pitti Palace and other marvels) can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk in 10/15 minutes...and the famous Central Market of San Lorenzo is only 5 minutes far!

It can also use a convenient bike rental service to 30 meters away from the apartment.

The area has all kinds of services: supermarket (100 meters), bus stop (300 meters), pharmacy, central market of San Lorenzo (500 meters) as well as numerous activities nearby. (Restaurants, Pizzerias, and more).

The apartment, on one level, consists of:

- Double bedroom with wardrobe overlooking luminous courtyard, so very quiet. Ventilator.

- Living area/kitchen with sofa, cooking/preparation, extension table, TV (Italian only) + DVD, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Moka, and everything needed preparation for the "DIY", iron and ironing board.

- Real Living Room, that can easily turn into a second twin / double room separated by a sliding glass door from the kitchen area. In this environment there is a second, large wardrobe. Ventilator.

- Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer

...and now there's also internet Wi-Fi free!

The price includes gas and electricity consumption (the cost of cleaning per week is charged to the guests. for periods longer than a week amounts to 30 euros/week and must be paid at check-out once you have established the number of interventions).

Hi! I’m Francesco
I was born in a small town in southern Tuscany, and I live in Florence from 16 years.
I’m an architect and I work like designer.
I’m a good sketcher, i like every type of drawings, in every time… and sometimes I work like painter and sculptor…so…I like the art in every form and inevitably…I love Florence!
I like to travel around the world with a backpack…meet people… explore places and artifacts…
I was in Morocco, Egypt, Turkey, Perù, Bolivia, North India, Thailand and Cambodia…and of course.. I've traveled to every part of Italy and many part of Europe…so..i love traveling!
Oh…one last thing…I’m a fan of underground rock music and I’m a vinyl collector ; )
Currently...I don't speak perfect english but...i hope to learn it also speaking with my guests! ; )
