This is our first trip in Florence and it is a wonderful experience! We spent 3 nignts in this apartment. Francesco is very nice and gave us a lot of good advices. Thank you very much! Highly recommended！
This was our first Air BnB experience and it couldn't have been better. Francesco greeted us warmly with a nice bottle of wine. He took the time to review some of the best restaurants in the neighborhood and some tricks to staying in Florence. His place was fantastic and it didn't take long before my wife and I and our 6 month old son felt at home. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the train station and some of the most beautiful sites in the city (not to mention some great restaurant locations). His place is described as small but it was the biggest place we stayed in during our 2 week trip. Francesco was very patient with us answering any questions we had and took the time to show us everything in his apartment, from how the dishwasher works to how to lock the from door. He also made special accommodations for our son giving us a crib and sheets for both a boy and a girl as we didn't previously specify. We would highly recommend this apartment and was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence.
Francesco is the coolest owner we ever meet!!! He is very hospitable open mind, friendly and gave us HUGE amount of the useful for us information, in spite that fact that we have already been in Florence previously. Then, the location is perf, the area is very quite. The apartment is fully conform with the descriptions and it is even better than on photos. It is modernly designed and it is really wide`! Another very important thing is that there you can find almost everything which could be necessary for every one!
If we have such an opportunity to come to Florence again, we would like to stay in Francesco's apartment, and we are going to recommend it to our friends!!!
Apartment was more than perfect- very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay (we were so happy when we saw food in the kitchen after whole day traveling and a bottle of wine). Francesco is a perfect host, he gave us excellent recommendations where to eat, go out, what to visit...and it was easy to contact him in case of need. He was very kind and friendly, and it was a pleasure to meet him.
Girls and me enjoyed our stay in his apartment, and in one month we were so sad to leave it, we started to feel like we are at home. And for sure, if we come back to Florence again, we would love to stay again in his lovely apartment. The area around the apartment is quite, but everything is close: station, market, center... whatever you need :) :) We would recommend to stay at this wonderful apartment to everyone :) :) :)
We've had a great time in Florence! The appartment was exactly as we saw on the pictures. It was clean and fully equipt with food, drinks and cookware. We stayed at the appartment for a week and everything we needed was in the appartment.
The appartment is at 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, so it's very central place...
The contact with Franceso was smoothly and his reactions were fast.
If there was something we needed we could easely contact Francesco.
Francesco had many recommended restaurants.
Almost all of the recommended restaurants were open.
Francesco gave us a townmap wich was very helpfull and there was a bottle of wine on the table as a welcome gift.
Francesco was really thinking along with us and his hospitality was (website hidden): the Wifi-signal was also very good!
Wonderful experience in Florence never to be forgotten! Francescos's flat was one of the best choices that i made during this a month trip to West Europe with my mom and sister. Good location (a few minutes to central market), spotless clean, well equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry, cleaning and so on. It was absolutely felt at home. Even spacious than it was explained in this site!! But the most favorite one is the host Francesco who is helpful and easy to communicate. I wound never hesitate to recommend this cozy apartment to everyone planning to visit Firenze.
The only problem is that you need to hurry up booking since people with good sense know all and occupy earlier than you!
Our family of three had a great stay at Francesco's. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and within walking distance of all the major sights. We especially enjoyed living so close to the Mercato Centrale, where we shopped for groceries almost on a daily basis. As a host Francesco was very accomodating, kind and always easy to get in touch with. He for example found a crib and bought new linen for our baby since our's was the first ever baby to stay at the apartment. We can warmly recommend the apartment to everyone travelling with a small child: the neighbourhood is safe and peaceful, and same goes with the apartment itself. Warm thanks and greetings from chilly Helsinki to Francesco from M, H & S!
