In Bellas Artes - Lastarria
Excellent location. 2 blocks distance to Lastarria St. in a modern condo complex, the studio is city living at its best. Safe, close to the metro, and within walking distance of many historic places and attractions (museums, theatres, opera house, parks, night life spots, tons of restaurants, etc.). Next to Santa Lucía Hill and Forestal Park, very nice green areas.
All furnished, american kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub, double bed, LCD, working corner.
Cable / Internet WIFI
Conveniently, there is a very clean, well-stocked market right next to the complex.

The apartment is very well-situated. A 2-minute walk to Bellas Artes station and an 8-minute walk to Santa Lucia station. Great restaurants, cute cafes, shops, and museums are steps from the apartment. The nearby Park Forestal is perfect for a picnic, morning, run, or an afternoon walk.
The apartment is exactly as pictured: bright, clean, tasteful minimal furnishings and decor. It was actually bigger than I expected. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils and serving ware.
Patricia was very helpful and responsive. She set up us with a smooth check-in even though she was away. We know exactly where we're staying the next time we're in Santiago.
The apartment is very modern and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is one of the best you can have in Santiago: It is in the best part of the downtown, near restaurants and shops (in fact there is a big supermarket right outside the entrance of the building). Also the metro stations of two different lines are in 5min walking distance. Within 5min walk you can also reach the Lastarria neighborhood which is one of my favorites in Santiago, it has a some of the best restaurants and bars in town and a very nice flair.
The apartment is very quite because the windows look into a (small) yard - on the other side of the yard there is another building which is part of the same housing complex. However, this also means you don't have a great view, but I prefer to have it quite because the traffic can be really loud in Santiago.
Pati was a very good host, everything was well-organize and she was a very nice and kind person.
Pati was very helpful. The flat is very well located, next to the Express supermarket (Merced street) and three minutes from the metro station bellas artes. On arrival we took a taxi indicated by pati, who was already waiting at the airport and took us straight to the flat. Great experience.
Patricia met me the first day and gave me a good introduction to the flat. She also had an information sheet with all the flat's important details on it. For future reference, the balcony isn't something that you can sit on. It only extends for about one foot out from the building. Apart from that, the flat is modern and spacious. The décor is very good and the bed, comfortable. It also has a working space that is ideal for longer stays.
During winter, the pool isn't heated and they put the rooftop chairs and tables away. So be prepared for that if you are planning an autumn through spring stay (late April to October, I imagine). It is great to have a supermarket within the building. And there is a very good ceviche place right across the street as well.
Patricia is helpful and friendly and makes for a professional and attentive host.
Pati was helpful, friendly, and a wonderful host. The studio was exactly as listed. The location was excellent in every was, although because you are in the heart of downtown Santiago I found that the restaurants in the area were expensive. The grocery store on the street level of the apartment complex provided the only cheaper alternative to hunger. Overall a great experience! Thanks Pati!
Patricia was an excellent host, extremely helpful and very kind to me! She was able to answer all of my question regarding the neighborhood, where I should exchange money, where I could eat, where I could exercise. Besides her warm welcoming, the apartment is extremely well located downtown, close to a metro station, to many restaurants, museum and shops. The building is very safe and very well equipped, with a supermarket just downstairs. I recommend the rental of this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Santiago, for here you have chilean cultural, eating and shopping experiences!
I had a great stay at Patricia's apartment. The location is superb, centrally located near Bellas Artes, within proximity to nightlife and restaurants. The apartment itself is ideal for 1-2 people and is extremely modern, with high quality appliances. Patricia was very helpful throughout the entire stay and I would definitely stay with her again upon returning to Santiago.
