A cozy private cabin with all modern amenities hidden just out of sight and only a five min walk to coffee and breakfast in town on the waterfront.

The space
Nestled in the center of .7 acres of private nature rich land and home to many bald Eagles and visiting black bears. Less than 5 min walk to the water for Kayaking or fishing. Large kitchen with microwave, electric oven, full size fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a few more extras. Oversized Samsung washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and plenty of hot water. Towels, and soap included. Full size TV and DVD player, also inlcudes a variety of DVD movies.
Queen size bed and one fold out futon the size of Full size bed (sleeps two small or medium adults ) All linens included.

Other things to note
Please remove shoes at the front door.
No cigarettes, cigars, cannabis or vaping allowed. No recreational drugs of any kind are permitted on the property.

Extra pillows and bedding can be found in the drawer of the futon.

No large parties.

Please don’t leave food or trash outside, as this will attrack the bears.

It is not the renters responsibility to dispose of there own garbage. However, there is a black trash container that sits on the wooden bridge for public use. You will pass it walking into town.

An outdoor fire is allowed in the designated area but must be maintained at all times.
Must provide own firewood.
Pour water on fire when done.

There is a medical clinic if needed .4 miles from the house. It is on the right hand side as you are walking into town.
You can buy groceries at the Crab Pot.

Neighborhood highlights

Beautiful, clean and very safe. Locals are very friendly and the restaurant food including the bar is great. Make sure you visit the beaches , they are delightful and have breath taking views, all walking distance of around 20-30 min. The old board walk is quite charming as welll, and worth the short walk through the historic part of Seldovia. Lots of little shops, with unique gifts and local artwork.
