Morning walks to the Cliff Walk! The beach is just a quick stroll away! Divine, sweet and delightful, perfectly describe this 2 bedroom cottage with plenty of parking and laundry! Awesome fenced yard, deck and garden. Perfect place to entertain! So close to downtown Newport! Fun, Shopping, Dining and Nightlife! New mattresses/furnishings in this special sunlit space! Sweet garden, yard, pets OK!! LOVELY! Close to Salve and St George's. Everything you could need for a perfect vacation! Book now!

The space
Sunny/Bright 2 story cottage in FABULOUS LOCATION! Walk to Beach and Cliff Walk! wonderful deck and yard, perfect for BBQ's and entertaining. Both bedrooms located on second floor and keep in mind that the stairs are ship stairs and are steep. (photo shows interior stairs) Very charming and new furnishings throughout! The living room and dining are open to one another with sliders leading out to a lovely deck surrounded by gardens. Huge privacy hedge and fencing. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and gas grill is located out on the deck. Awesome locations and great place to relax! Kids can ride bikes up and down this slow street and you can walk to the beach! Location is unbeatable as you are walkable to beaches, yet close to downtown Newport! Sofa is a pullout queen for quest, if needed. iif you are going to use the sleeper, please bring sheets as it is a queen size.

The whole house and yard is all yours! Please make a note that the staircase is steep as it is original to the house. (this leads up to the 2 bedrooms) Two bedrooms upstairs, one is a large king bedroom and the other is a queen bedroom. Sun splashed throughout the whole cottage! Yard is private and garden is lovely! Laundry is located in the basement and the gas grill is located on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, but still safe for kids to bike in and to walk your pet! YES! we are pet friendly!! Parking for 3 cars. Such an amazing location! If you are a St George's parent, this property is very close to the school!! We often do winter rentals for St George's parents who want to be in area for sports seasons! Ask for pricing

Other things to note
Laundry is in the basement and parking for 3 cars. Small events are OK with permission from the owner. This location is second to none! Easy walk to Easton's beach!! Location is ideal as you are so close to the beaches, but still close to all Newport has to offer. Please not that if you are looking to use the sofa bed, bring queen sheets and there is also an air mattress for guest use. A few dining spots are a quick walk down the road and you are only a 5 minute walk to the Cliff Walk!! Also, very close to St George's Pep school! We offer winter pricing if you want a place nearby to your student!!
