Two separate 440m2 villas allow autonomy, while 3500m2 of outdoor space including a 60m2 swimming pool and BBQ dining area, offer the perfect social spots to create amazing memories. Landscaped grounds form a tropical paradise with Palm trees, plants and flowers. With beautiful sandy beaches and amenities close by, you really can have it all.

The space
On the beautiful akrotiri peninsula of Chania, Angels Villa offers the perfect escape for families and friends to unite. Two separate 440m2 villas allow autonomy, space and privacy while common areas such as the large swimming pool and BBQ dining area offer the perfect place to create amazing holiday moments and memories. Spacious, 3500m2, grounds surround the villas create a tropical paradise with palm trees, plants, flowers and large lawned gardens. With beautiful sandy beaches, amenities and Chania town close by, Angels villa provides a little piece of heaven.

Entering the grounds of Angels villa, a long driveway sweeps down the side of the beautifully landscaped, lawned garden and allows parking outside each of the 2 villas. Due to the sloped landscape, both the ground floor and lower floor of each villa leads out to either the garden or pool area. Each villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lower floor lounge area. The second house has the additional feature of a large lounge area on the ground floor - the perfect space to congregate while soaking up the views through the large glass panels which illuminate the space. Amenities such as a WC and laundry room are also found within the second house. Each villa has been designed with a fusion of classic and modern features, with wood flooring, marble and glass elements. High ceilings and large glass panels allow for a light and airy space, welcoming colours from the outside in.

House 1
Ground Floor
Beyond the entry foyer, on the ground floor of the first villa, you will find a living room with a comfy sofa and fireplace, offering balcony access that overlooks the pool terrace. Furthermore, the modern kitchen, fully equipped with branded appliances and equipment, as well as a dining table for 6, to ensure that self catering is a comfortable experience.

Lower Floor
Following the staircase downstairs, the lower floor opens onto a lounge area with twin comfortable sofas, a 55”TV Smart Satellite / Netflix and glass panel feature. Just off of the lounge area lies the first bathroom, perfectly placed to serve two of the lower floor bedrooms and featuring a large counter with double sinks, bathtub with overhead shower and toilet.

A corridor leads to the spacious ensuite double bedroom with King size double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and patio doors which lead directly out to the pool area. The ensuite marble bathroom has twin vessel sinks, shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed (1,40 x2,00), armchair and patio doors which open onto the pool area. The final bedroom on the lower floor is of generous size with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) , 2 arm chairs and patio doors leading to the poolside.

First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, one reaches a patio door which leads to a large first floor balcony area with views across the gardens and distant views out to sea. The master bedroom is found on this level with an ensuite bathroom. The well sized bedroom has a KIng size double bed (1,60 x 2,00), soft armchair and a patio door leading to a private balcony which overlooks the garden.The bathroom, designed in wood and marble has dual sinks and a corner bath with shower and toilet.

House 2

Ground Floor
The second house also features 4 bedrooms but has additional amenities that would deem this to be the ‘main’ house. As you enter the main door entranceway, a communal WC is found with a toilet and sink. The corridor then leads to a large and airy, open plan area featuring large glass panelled walls which encourage the light and colours beyond the house to stream in. A separate, modern fully fitted kitchen with branded appliances and full amenities is just off of the main area and is home to a 6 seater table for casual dining.

In the main room a further wooden formal dining table has seating for 8 and beyond this, on the split level ground floor lies the large, comfortable lounge area. Offering an appreciable area for your company to congregate, large comfy sofas surround the space which includes a fireplace and 50”TV with Satellite /Netflix. Designed with a neutral colour palette, the high ceilings, wooden floors and large glass panels create a grand, yet cosy atmosphere. Large patio doors slide open providing access to a balcony and garden views. A further patio door also leads to the balcony with an outdoor dining table for 8 which overlooks the luscious gardens and poolside.

Lower Floor
Following the staircase to the lower floor, you will find a laundry room with separate washer and dryer. The corridor opens onto the second lounge space featuring a glass wall, chaise longue style sofa, armchair and 50” TV ( Smart / Satellite/ Netflix). The bathroom for 2 of the lower floor bedrooms is just off the lounge area with dual sinks, bathtub and shower.

With the lower floor a duplicate of the first house, the corridor leads to the spacious ensuite double bedroom with King size double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and armchair. Patio doors lead to the garden with distant sea view.The ensuite marble bathroom has dual sinks, shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed (1,40 x2,00), armchair and patio doors which lead to the garden. The final bedroom on the lower floor is of generous size with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) and patio doors leading out to the garden beyond.

First Floor
Leading back upstairs to the first floor, one reaches a patio door which leads to a large first floor balcony area with views across the gardens and pool. The master bedroom is found on this level with an ensuite bathroom. The good size bedroom has a KIng size double bed (1,60 x 2,00), soft armchair and a patio door leading to a private balcony which overlooks the garden.The bathroom, designed in wood and marble has dual sinks and a corner bath with shower and toilet.

Outdoor Area
The 3500m2 gardens and outdoor area are a highlight of Angels villa. Large pieces of lawn are broken only by the stone path that winds through the grounds. Grand palm trees sway in the breeze and set a tropical tone. Landscaped and spacious with trees, plants, flowers and herbs, the huge plot offers a sense of space and calm, perfect for a stroll or for children to stretch their legs and play. Facilities include:

-A substantial 60m2 swimming pool ( 0,90 - 2,00), with a poolside shower to refresh you from the day's heat.
-A large patio with sunbeds and umbrellas for poolside lazing
-A small seating area for 4, ideal for relaxing with a book and a cool drink.
-A children’s outdoor play area with swing, slide and playhouse for some fun out of the water.
- A barbecue area located towards the bottom end of the grounds where a pergola provides shade for the large dining table. The charcoal barbecue, bread oven and sink offer a practical space and encourage al fresco dining under the moonlight.

The villa is located in the village of Kampani on the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania, close to many beautiful beaches and local amenities. Located in a low populated area, Villa Angels is a little oasis with just a few houses in the surrounding area. For necessities there is a mini market nearby and the large village of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away, where you can find all the amenities you require. The closest beach is Kalathas but the whole peninsula is easy to explore with beach areas such as Stavros and Marathi close by. Chania town with its venetian harbour and winding lanes is a mere 20 minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Local restaurants and tavernas are scattered throughout the peninsula and Chania town offers an amazing array of restaurants from fine dining to traditional Cretan tavernas. Being just 20 minutes from the national highway, it is easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges and villages.
