The space
The studio was recently renovated with sealed concrete flooring. It is located in the back of house with a private entrance.

Guest access
Enter the property through the driveway and the entrance to the studio is located in the back. Lockbox will be located to the left of the door.

The driveway and parking area may be narrow for larger full size SUVs and vehicles of similar size, though still accessible. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting. Additionally, you must be able to reverse your vehicle in a parallel manner.

Please park in the designated parking space, directly parallel to the driveway. (Check-in instructions will be shared prior to your arrival)

Other things to note
This is a NON-SMOKING household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING e-cigarettes, marijuana, cannabis, weed are not allowed at any time anywhere on the property.

No pets and visitors allowed.

Quiet hours from 12AM to 6AM.

One free parking space is provided in the driveway. Overnight street parking is not allowed and will be cited by parking enforcement.

Bedding may vary from photo listing. (High quality linen from Parachute, Brooklinen, and Quince)

The nearest laundromat is about 1 mile away, 301 W Las Tunas Dr Ste B San Gabriel, CA 91776.

Late check-out is strictly prohibited, a late checkout fee of half the nightly rate will be processed if the property is not vacant by 11AM.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would to your own.
