My name is Amanda Marie and I’m the face behind Art Van Grow and The Seed: A Conscious Community. NYC grown, WVU Alumni, and seasoned traveler and tiny-house dweller. In 2017 I had a dream to travel the USA in my tiny house on wheels, connect with like-minded individuals, learn, heal, inspire, and grow, all while seeking out my favorite state to start a conscious community and alternative healing center. My mission is to be able to organically grow a sacred space that I can share with others all around the world and provide various alternative healings, workshops, retreats, and much more. My goals for the next few years are to have several tiny houses available to rent on the property, a garden, a well drilled, septic, solar power and electrical on site. In addition we plan to host tiny house events, retreats, meetups, artist markets, moon ceremonies and much more.

You might know me from social media as I have been featured at several tiny house festivals, on some larger YouTuber's channels, in magazines, calendars and much more...but, if you don't know me, I am SO excited to meet and connect with you! It will take a lot of community strength, sweat, and lots of laughs till the property is completely turned into the space I hope to create, but I hope with the help of other like-minded individuals we can get things rolling (no pun intended). We offer camper-volunteer programs and you can (Email hidden by Airbnb)

During your stay

When you arrive, you will drive down the driveway and stop by the seasonal creek. Mike, our camp host, or myself, Amanda, will greet you, check your ID against your reservation, and show you to your camping area.

The Seed: A Conscious Community is a sacred space to heal your mind, body, and soul. We have access to both in person and digital healers that we can connect you with. Just let us know how you are looking to heal during your stay and we will guide you.

One of the main visions for this space is to bring a community together of like-minded conscious creators. With that being said, we encourage you to interact with other campers, volunteers, and guests, during your stay with us. Networking and community as two very important tools we have in this world and it's something I hope to cultivate with this space.

If you see others around the community spaces, engage in conversation as you please.
