Although its a guest Studio suite the space even fits up to 3 guests!
💫Suite Dreams💫 is specifically designed for relaxation & spa-like treatment. 🥰
You have a private brand new walkway on the right side of the home leading to the steps of the Brand New Custom Built Deck which then leads you to the French Doors of ✨Suite Dreams✨
You will have the right side of driveway designated for parking.
The space has its own newly remodeled bathroom that has ✨new features & is 💎pristinely clean! 💎🛁🚰
The studio suite offers a ☁️Brand New Queen size memory foam topper x2 w/a queen mattress making the bed extra comfortable ☁️😴
There are brand new 800 thread count sheets and Satin sheets that offer enhanced softness.
There is a cozy, beautiful couch, 2 lounge chairs & even a Workspace! 💻📲📞
The Guest suite will also come with air mattress/s. Upon request, I can provide a folding twin mattress and frame. There is a Queen and 3 twin air mattress available too.
There is plenty of room for your clothes in a Brand new dresser and large walk-in closet.
The kitchenette has everything BUT a stove/oven.
There is a toaster oven, hot plate & microwave.
Upon request,
I will also provide you with an outdoor BBQ 🍖 for any larger cooking you plan on doing or outside skillet.
The bath is a full size stand up shower, brand new vanity, brand new toilet, & even flooring!

This is a quiet neighborhood at the beach so please keep this in mind when booking.
The home is extremely large with different en suites and a main home. There may be my daughter or myself on the opposite side completely separate from your suite.
The suite is located on the right side of the home. It has its own private walkway, Private deck, & private entrance.
Every backyard is on the water. So across the water, you can see your neighbors backyards as they can see ours.
(It’s a pretty large diameter of water so it’s not up close )
You also have a 8 foot high private fence separating your deck from the main home guests.
Once you get right near the water, there is not a fence, as its prohibited to block each neighbors views.
So please remember you may hear or even see your neighbors if you are by the water 💦 & vice versa.
🐠🐟You may fish here but it is Strictly Catch & Release. 🐟🐠
🌄The neighborhood is extremely quiet & peaceful @Night & for this I ask you to respect your neighbors & keep the noise down after 9pm.
You will have the right side parking in the driveway. It can fit 2 smaller vehicles but you may also park on the street as long as you don’t block mailboxes or others’ driveways.
🎈please note, the main has 2 pups who bark @times of us coming home or leaving the house for a bit on the opposite side of the house but you may hear them.
If this is something that would bother, please do not book.

Suite Dreams is a separate suite from the main home. Please respect each other’s privacy & control the noise volume. The walls & even where the door used to be are soundproofed & there is even an Atrium separating the home&suite but there is no perfect science.
🎈You may still hear some noises and the pups barking especially when we are getting home around 830-915 or leaving in the morning. If you blast the music or tv super loud they may bark too
💕Also make note that there is a pup next door and you may hear her when we leave in the morning and may hear her at night when getting home.
🎈There is NO fence blocking the water so please remember you are responsible for your children & pets. All it takes is a second for an accident to happen so watch them at all times.
After 10pm please keep it down. It is extremely quiet late at night and this is not a place to have loud music & noise after 9pm
Absolutely NO CATS allowed unless discussed first
I have severe allergies to them& would be ok on exception especially if I am aware & can prepare with certain furniture protection
