We enjoy the fact that we are in a quiet gated community with 24/7 security. There are some full time residence living in the village so noise restriction is enforced. Keep noise level to a minimum after 10pm daily.
Great beach for surfing and paddle boat or just to soak in the sun.
You may ask the guards to hail a taxi for you or you stand by the guard house to wait for one.
Other Things to Note
Trash is picked up early Monday morning, so make sure to discard all trash Sunday evening.
This is a family neighborhood with full time residence living there. Please KEEP NOISE level down, specially after 10pm.

The Delgallego house is stunning! Right on the beach and in a quiet beautiful location. Getting there is quite easy and only 40 minutes from San Diego.
The house had plenty of amenities and excellent views from every room. Artwork from the family makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Can't wait to get back there!
Tricia is great. Very welcoming and even had printed directions from San Diego and suggestions about what to do in the surrounding area. Home was as advertised; very nice and spacious in a gated neighborhood, which was very quiet and secluded. Basically a private stretch of beach, which was nice. Only hiccup was that the dishwasher and the oven did not work, but not a big deal. Overall a great experience.
The hosts made us feel very welcome! We were there for a week and could not have asked for a better experience. My mom helped book the house for me and 11 other friends and it was accommodating for all of us. The house was beautiful, clean and had a great view. The place was filled with beautiful art, many of which looked like they were painted by the family. The neighborhood was pretty empty so noise was not an issue. We were right near the beach with a set of stairs that led us down to our own awesome empty surf break. There were little shops close by to find anything we needed from bread to ice. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing stay in Mexico.
Tricia's house was absolutely excellent! I had to host a bachelorette party for 7 of us and we wanted somewhere that was "off the grid" but still felt safe. We chartered a shuttle down to her location, it was easy to find and the security guards were great. The whole community was quiet, private and secluded, you felt as if you were on a private island. The house was clean, spacious with fantastic views. The beach was so pristine, calm and breathtaking. Since we didn't have a car, the security guards were happy to call cabs for us and tell us which direction to go. We went into town and did the ATV tour (so amazing, Tony at the Rosarito Beach Hotel, is a must), dined at Splash (again, so awesome, food was perfect and view was to die for) and played games on the balcony. Tricia was fantastic at meeting us for the keys, giving us advice, having all the information ready and checking in on us. The only small thing I would recommend: bring a couple extra pillows if you are picky bed person (they have 2 per bed but they are a bit firm). I definitely can't wait to go back! Reality there is so much more fun...
Tricia's home was all we expected and more. We had a great stay, and really enjoyed the home and location. Would definitely stay at this home again.
I would have loved to have had better communication with Tricia. Her response time was delayed by several days sometimes. Tricia was very easy to work with once I was able to reach her. Very informative and helpful.
Amazing!!! What you see is what you get and more! Cannot wait to clear my schedule again to enjoy Tricia and her lovely home once more!
This was a great home to enjoy a gathering of friends/family. Close to Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and the Guadalupe Valley Wineries. Lovely views. A little to close to the road, but ocean waves were compensating and sunsets off all locations, bedrooms, dining room, family room and patios, offset the noise. Ample stores nearby to purchase necessities. Home has all amenities, for great meals, relaxing days and lovely parties.
Trish is an excellent hostess in absentia. We feel part of the DelGallegos clan, and loved the paintings by a family member who added an authentic touch of ambiance.
Maybe an extra blanket for those chilly nights.

I moved to San Diego from the Philippines with my family when I was 14. I've been a travel enthusiast my whole life and have visited over 30 countries, but I call San Diego my home! I worked as a concierge and hosted countless family and friends, guiding them around this beautiful city. I enjoy yoga, hiking, biking, running, skiing, scuba diving, and kayaking. I look forward to hosting you and sharing my favorite places and neighborhoods in the greater San Diego area!!
